This scholarship not only honors their memory but also aids students eager to forge a meaningful impact within their communities.”Kris Phillips, APSU's vice president for Alumni, Engagement, and Philanthropy, endorsed the endowment as a testament to Chapman's dedication and its promise to cultivate future educators.
