Social media personality Christopher Blake Griffith has launched a countersuit against NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs, intensifying an ongoing legal dispute centered on allegations of sexual misconduct, drugging, and physical assault. This countersuit, submitted on Friday, follows Diggs' defamation lawsuit against Griffith regarding the same incidents. Griffith's claims stem from a confrontation in May 2023 in Maryland and a subsequent altercation in Los Angeles.In his court filing, Griffith rejects Diggs' defamation allegations, recounting events from May 22, 2023. He asserts that after visiting clubs with Diggs, he was allegedly offered a drug-laced “candy,” which left him disoriented. Griffith describes a scenario involving Diggs exposing himself and attempting unwanted physical advances, prompting him to seek refuge in a bathroom. Upon exiting, he faced aggression from Diggs' younger brother, Darez, and other individuals.The disputes were heightened after a violent incident in Los Angeles, where Griffith alleges he was assaulted in an elevator. Darez Diggs was later charged in connection with that attack. Stefon Diggs, who claims Griffith fabricated the allegations for personal gain, initiated litigation in October 2025. Griffith's countersuit seeks unspecified damages, and the case remains unresolved with no scheduled trial date.
