The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Transport wishes to inform the public that temporary closure of our Union Complex Office has been extended through to FRIDAY, OCTOBER 6th, 2023, to facilitate the continuation of deep cleaning and remedial works. Business operations will resume on MONDAY, OCTOBER 9TH, 2023. The public is reminded that the following arrangements continue in order to facilitate access to critical services: TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT: Contact our Complaints Unit at mobile# 716-9115 and/or email address: infrastructure@gmail.com ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT All clerical services, payments, submission and collection of electrical inspection certificates will be at the Public Service Training Institute (formerly Spinners), Union. TRANSPORT Licensing and Motor Vehicle transactions can be done at the Public Service Training Institute EXCEPT collection of driver’s license, photos, and printing. Licensing and Motor Vehicle transactions can also be done at the Vieux Fort Sub Office. Visit the SBA Office on Bourbon Street, Castries or one of the ICT Centres in Micoud, Vieux Fort, or Soufriere for DigiGov related transactions. Practical driving examinations continue as normal.
