The player, identified as Lorcan Ryans from Limerick, Ireland, was seen repeatedly kicking a football over the predominantly Black Alabama State University band. This incident sparked outrage among fans, leading Alabama State University to release a statement denouncing Ryans' disrespectful actions. Eyewitness accounts reveal that Ryans intruded into the band’s formation multiple times, launching the football not only over the members but also seemingly aimed directly at them.Following the halftime show, he further escalated the situation by physically confronting a band member.
