(CNN) — Jacoby Jones, who scored two touchdowns in Super Bowl XLVII for the Baltimore Ravens, has died at the age of 40, according to statements Sunday from the Ravens, the Houston& Texans and the NFL.The Texans, where Jones played five NFL seasons, told CNN that Jones’ family informed the team of the news Sunday morning.No cause of death has been made public.“We are completely heartbroken to learn about the passing of Jacoby Jones,” the Ravens organization said in a statement. “Jacoby had the unique ability to connect with everyone he encountered. His charisma, joy and love created a one-of-a-kind presence that could light up any room or brighten any dark day.”The Texans said in a statement: “We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Jacoby Jones.
