Anthony R. Bowrin is the new dean of the Cotsakos College of Business at William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey. Since 2016, Dr. Bowrin has served as dean of the Scott L. Carmona College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. Dr. Bowrin holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. He earned a Ph.D. in auditing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Ophelie Rowe-Allen was appointed dean of students and chief student affairs officer at the University of New Haven in Connecticut. She has spent the last 13 years on the staff at Fairfield University in Connecticut, where she has served as associate dean of students, director of residence life, associate dean of assessment, and director of student diversity and multicultural affairs. Dr. Rowe-Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. She received her educational doctorate in counseling education and supervision from Argosy University.
