Several spoke out against the Joliet Police Department’s involvement in a recent prayer vigil scuffle at Tuesday’s meeting of the Joliet City Council. Konika Morrow, 40, of Joliet, took to the public comments section to make her concerns known regarding her interaction with a police officer. Morrow was arrested for aggravated assault and obstructing a peace officer at approximately 5:17 p.m. July 9 in the 300 block of South Ottawa Street, police records show.
