Man Found Dead In Choiseul Drain

Police are investigating the death of a 53-year-old man whose body was discovered in a drain in Choiseul. Investigators have identified the deceased as Sylvester Joseph, alias ‘Arto’ and ‘Minister’. According to the police, on Friday at about 3:53 pm, Choiseul Police Station officers learned that an unresponsive male was in a drain at Franciou, Choiseul. Soufriere Fire Station personnel also responded, finding the man unconscious and unresponsive with ‘negative vitals’.
