An intriguing video has resurfaced online, depicting Pastor Kenneth Moales Jr. bravely confronting a carjacker in Baltimore. According to News12 Connecticut, Moales, who leads the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bridgeport, was in Baltimore for a funeral in June when the incident occurred. While dining with friends, Moales found himself in a perilous situation when a man approached his vehicle during a rainstorm, brandishing a gun and demanding he exit. Moales recounted, “There’s no way I should be alive.” Surveillance footage captures the moment he exited the car, engaged in a struggle, and managed to wrest the firearm from the assailant. Recognizing the assailant was a teenager, Moales, emphasizing his roles as a pastor, father, and husband, offered leniency, hoping for a better path for the youth. Despite his mercy, the teenager ultimately drove off in Moales' car.The police swiftly located the vehicle, discovering three teenagers inside. Moales emerged with minor injuries, expressing forgiveness for the youth and a desire to advocate for mercy during the trial. Many online praised his courageous yet risky actions.
