Wilkins Consultants (RFW), a Black-owned firm based in New York City, has named Jamila N. Glean, Esq. as Senior, Vice President effective January 6, 2025. Since joining RFW in May 2023, she immediately demonstrated her leadership abilities and business acumen. She leads the largest project management team at the firm which is responsible for managing compliance on the $19+B JFK Redevelopment Program for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
