Tekashi 69’s former manager Shotti is searching for a new lawyer after he claims he is down to his last $1,200 and cannot afford one. In court documents that date back to Oct. 20th, Shotti cited the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) in a U.S. Court of Appeals motion, which entails the right for every defendant to have proper legal representation during trial. Also, in these documents, Shotti — whose real name is Kifano Jordan — stated he is down to $1,200 and hasn’t received any income in over a year. He also says he wasn’t able to effectively study issues related to his case because he’s been on isolation restrictions due to COVID.
