After more than two years of trying to obtain justice for the killing of Breonna Taylor, the FBI has charged the four police officers responsible for her death. According to a press release from the Department of Justice, the four Kentucky police officers who erroneously executed a search warrant for a person who did not live at the apartment they entered have been charged with federal crimes related to the killing of the EMT worker. On Thursday, Aug. 4, a Louisville, Kentucky, a federal grand jury returned two indictments. The Department of Justice filed a third in connection with an investigation into the death of 26-year-old Taylor.
