Track Star Vitalis Shatters Another National Hurdles Record Once Again

Khailan Vitalis, the pioneering athlete from Saint Lucia, achieved yet another remarkable feat last weekend by shattering his own national record in the men’s 110m hurdles. His impressive time of 13.83 seconds at the Jo Meaker Classic and Multi, with a favorable wind of 1.8 meters per second, marks his second sub-14-second performance. As a sophomore at South Plains College, Vitalis eyes future challenges, including breaking the 2005 Texas record of 13.46 seconds and potentially qualifying for the World Championships in Tokyo.
