Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools will recommence participation in the Summer Food Service Program, known as DINE WS/FCS, which provides complimentary meals to children and teenagers aged 18 and younger at various locations throughout the community. For families relying on school meals, summertime can be a challenging period that stretches budgets further.All meals will be available free of charge to children, ensuring equal access regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, with non-discrimination enforced during service. No forms are required—just visit any site during designated mealtimes for a nourishing meal.The program will operate June 16 through July 24 for six locations, and July 25 for seven others, featuring 18 mobile sites. Breakfast and lunch will be offered, with times specified for each location. The WS/FCS DINE Food Truck will also support meal services.
