WSSU Track and Field Team Clinches Impressive Second Place Finish

The Winston-Salem State University women’s outdoor track and field squad secured second place at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational, hosted by Lenoir-Rhyne, accumulating 106 points. Lenoir-Rhyne led with 195 points, while Belmont Abbey claimed third with 84 points. Key performances included Charnessa Reid's second in high jump and Trinity Brooks' triumph in the 4x100m relay. The Rams will compete next at the 2025 Aggie Invitational on April 18-19 in Greensboro, North Carolina.
