A man from Florida has been apprehended after reportedly using his sprinklers to soak neighbors with special needs for over a year, all stemming from discontent over a school bus stop situated in front of his residence.Antonio Roman, aged 61, faces multiple charges, including four counts of stalking and two counts each of battery and battery against a disabled individual.According to authorities, Roman acknowledged using surveillance footage to track the bus's arrival, deploying the sprinklers at strategic moments to douse the victims when they exited their home.Victims include a 17-year-old diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and a 22-year-old with autism and Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome. Deputies noted that the sprinklers were timed to activate synchronized with the bus's arrival and deactivation post-departure.The victims' family initiated complaints in April, citing over 400 instances of harassment since August 2022. Following unsuccessful attempts to relocate the bus stop, Roman expressed anger over the bus’s use of his driveway for a wheelchair ramp. Released on a $4,000 bond, he is scheduled to return to court on September 16. (Photo: YouTube screenshot/WESH 2 News)
