David Alan Grier strolled down memory lane, chatting about the powerful mix of comedy and hip-hop culture on “In Living Color.”  Talking to AllHipHop, the seasoned comedian and actor spilled the beans on his long career and his newest movie project, The American Society of Magical Negroes. During the interview, Grier dived into how hip-hop shaped his journey, especially on the groundbreaking sketch comedy show “In Living Color.” From 1990 to 1994, the show shook up TV in many ways, notably by blending hip-hop culture into the mainstream.
