ATLANTA — Georgia has been unofficial headquarters for issues involving Black voters, with its historic ties to civil rights and voting rights, and also a history of voting irregularities. WIth this in mind and with a White House election just months away, national organizations are working hard on the ground in Atlanta and other places to make sure Black voters understand what’s at stake.
