Listing at $26.5 million in November 2022, the 8,725-square-foot limestone structure endured significant price reductions, dropping to $17.9 million—an approximate 32 percent decrease. With sorrowful associations tied to her passing there, the home’s unique decor may deter potential buyers. Its lavish features include outdoor space, a media room, and sauna; however, excessive personalization and the lack of contemporary amenities may necessitate costly renovations. The estate's management falls to Eric Trump, who must navigate its challenging market presence while ensuring that proceeds benefit his siblings.
