St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) wishes to advise customers and the general public of the temporary closure of its Rodney Bay Office until further notice. Additionally, customers may experience service delays with the online processing of service requests and transactions. This is due to the absence of a number of key team members. All options for conducting business with LUCELEC including SurePay and remote options remain available and customers are highly encouraged to utilize these channels. Bill payments, including reconnection payments and inquiries can be accessed at all SurePay locations island wide. ALL Surepay payments made on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. will be processed to customer accounts the same day. Payments made after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day. For bill balances call the Automated Account Inquiry Service at 457-4433. Customers are encouraged to use or sign up for the free MyAccount service at “myaccount.lucelec.com” for access to their account information and to make online bill payments using a credit or debit card or online bank account.
