A Texas nurse recognized for outstanding ICU care has been terminated following a shocking incident caught on camera during her DUI arrest. Crystal Tadlock, aged 35, was apprehended in Magnolia, Texas, on October 11 for driving under the influence. An arrest report reveals she was clocked at 66 mph in a 50 mph zone, taking 40 seconds to halt her vehicle while running a red light and striking a concrete barrier. Officers detected a potent odor of alcohol and observed her bloodshot, glassy eyes and slurred speech.Footage from the incident captured Tadlock’s inflammatory comments directed towards the arresting officers. She made disturbing threats, stating, “When you come through my hospital, don’t worry, I'll let you die.” Tadlock's remarks included racist undertones directed at an officer, claiming she would ensure their death if they sought her care.
