Andre 3000, the legendary, virtuosic rapper who represents one-half of the Hip-hop group OutKast, is bringing his flute to Chicago to perform for four dates next month.& Last year, the eccentric artist shocked the music world by releasing an instrumental album with flute and ambient sounds dubbed “New Blue Sun” instead of the Hip-hop album everyone had expected.
