APSU Teams Up with Fort Campbell Spouses’ Club to Launch Innovative Scholarship for Military Families

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Austin Peay State University (APSU) and the Fort Campbell Spouses’ Club (FCSC) have strengthened their alliance to uplift military families. This year, APSU’s Military and Veterans Affairs Division initiated the inaugural $1,500 Fort Campbell Spouses’ Club Scholarship, matched by FCSC, totaling $6,500 with a contribution from Army veteran Larry Carroll. Financially burdened, nursing student Brandy Lampley benefitted from this support as she nears graduation, exemplifying the impact of community collaboration. APSU will continue the FCSC-APSU Spouse Scholarship in 2026; applications open January 1.
