In a formal letter released today, Bebe Cool stated that he purchased a 22GB monthly data plan for Ugx 50,000, only to find his data disappearing unexpectedly. This move follows Bebe Cool’s earlier plea to Airtel Uganda on January 17th, 2024, requesting the return of his unused data before 10 a.m. Unfortunately, his request went unanswered, prompting him to escalate the matter through legal channels. According to Bebe Cool, he experienced a significant data loss after using his TikTok app for a mere 5 minutes and subsequently charging his phone for an upcoming Zoom meeting.
