Arkansas Judge Blamed In The Triple Homicide Of Woman Who Filed For Divorce

Authorities report that a 40-year-old woman, Charity Beallis, and her two young children were tragically discovered shot dead in their Bonanza, Arkansas home on December 3, coinciding with the finalization of her divorce. Family members suspect her husband, 56-year-old Dr. Randall Beallis, may be responsible for the homicides.The Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check, gaining entry with the assistance of individuals working at the residence. Upon investigation, they found all three victims with fatal gunshot wounds, prompting autopsies to ascertain the precise causes of death.Charity initiated divorce proceedings in March following Dr. Beallis's arrest for domestic violence. In October, his charges were reduced, and he was sentenced to a one-year suspended term.
