A Stronger Marketplace Emerges With The Black Chamber Elevating California Entrepreneurs

In a bid to uplift small enterprises, the California Black Chamber of Commerce hosted the 28th annual Economic Business Summit on November 7 at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The summit's theme showcased the chamber's innovative “Build Scale Grow” initiative, aimed at empowering small business proprietors with essential tools and technology amid a dynamic economy. Attendees participated in a key session focusing on bidding for Caltrans and DGS projects, followed by an awards dinner featuring keynote speaker and California Secretary of State Dr. Shirley N.
