Calypso Season Unleashed: Kaiso Pros Tent Celebrates Unity Through Song and Spirit

The Kaiso Pros Tent (KPT) is poised to commence its 2025 season on May 30, unveiling its lineup under the theme "The Art of Kaiso." Following the opening night, a second show is slated for June 6, with quarterfinals on June 11 at the Cultural Centre in Castries. Tent leader Lennon Prospere expressed pride in the talented calypsonians, emphasizing their commitment to cultural preservation and community voice. The lineup includes familiar artists like Mystic and TC Brown, along with newcomers Taker and Ti Blacks. Prospere called for public support to celebrate and sustain calypso heritage.
