Celebrate Freedom at the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Freedom Fest

Wright Museum of African American History, and the Eastern Market Development Corporation are excited to announce the Juneteenth Freedom Fest on Sunday, June 16, 2024. This meaningful and free event commemorates the day African Americans in the United States achieved Freedom and emancipation. “We are excited to bring together partners for the opportunity to celebrate Black culture and liberation at Juneteenth Freedom Fest. The celebration commemorates the day of liberation for African Americans in the United States and, for us, a celebration of Black businesses, Black fatherhood, and Black excellence. Juneteenth Freedom Fest is a reflection of our work, our liberation, our progress, and our future. We are honored to continue to lead the way for this important celebration,” Charity Dean, CEO of Michigan Black Business Alliance, said.
