Celtics Triumph over Mavericks, Earning Historic NBA Title

By Rashad Miller, The Uncool Urban Despite a dominating Game 4, the Dallas Mavericks were defeated by the Boston Celtics in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, 88-106. This title breaks the tie between the historic franchises of the Boston Celtics (18) and the Los Angeles Lakers (17), making the Celtics the most decorated NBA franchise in the association’s history.
