Chris Brown Says He Got Invitation to the NBA All-Star Game Only for It to Be Revoked Later

The musician said he was not invited to participate in this year’s celebrity game despite being initially scheduled to. During the NBA All-Star Game Weekend, Chris Brown disclosed that he had an invitation to join a team but was later rebuffed. The musician posted screen shots of emails inviting him to the celebrations on social media, one of which included a mock-up of the blue uniform he would be playing with on the Lil Wayne-coached celebrity team. Brown wrote in Instagram ,“I was asked by the NBA to play in the all star game this year! Only for them to call later and say they couldn’t do IT because of their sponsors, like RUFFLES,” “At this point I’m sick of people bothering me and I’m tired of living in the fucking past.”
