Cincinnati Children’s named top hospital and company for diversity

Cincinnati Children’s has again been recognized as one of the nation’s Top Hospitals and Health Systems for Diversity by Fair360, previously known as DiversityInc. Cincinnati Children’s was the only pediatric health system in the Top 10 this year, advancing to No. 6 on the list from No. 17 in 2023.  Cincinnati Children’s also earned the distinction of being one of Fair360’s Top Companies for Executive Women, where it placed 10th in the nation and was the only pediatric health system named.& Fair360 recognizes large U.S. employers for excellence in diversity and inclusion management.
