The City of Indianapolis announced Thursday the selection of an anonymous reporting service, the first step in their continued efforts to improve workplace culture. Speakfully is an anonymous, third-party workplace reporting platform and hotline selected in consultation with City-County councilors. “Over the past several months, my Administration has taken a hard look at improving the City’s policies, processes, training, and workplace culture,” Mayor Joe Hogsett said. “We remain focused on taking the necessary steps to ensure a safe and equitable working environment for all employees, such as the procurement of this third-party, anonymous reporting service, and appreciate the City-County Council’s partnership in this effort.” The platform was chosen for its case management system that allows employees to receive updates on their case, even if they are anonymous. Other features include: A phone hotline staffed 24/7 Interpreter support available in up to 35 languages Online reporting with a QR code for ease of access  An option for live, anonymous two-way communication The selection of the anonymous reporting tool is one step.
