The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD)& announced a new recruitment partnership with the Indianapolis Colts to attract recruits to serve the city of Indianapolis.& IMPD Chief Chris Bailey provided a statement regarding the new partnership.& “Teamwork, leadership and resilience are skills that translate not only on the field but also into a successful and rewarding career in law enforcement,” Bailey said. “By collaborating with the Colts, we can share this message with a broader audience and inspire future officers to protect and serve the city we all love.”& Colts center Ryan Kelly visited the IMPD Training Academy Nov. 19, engaging with participants in the department’s Pre-Academy Readiness program (PAR).
