Exciting new graffiti park opens in Glasgow this weekend and its free to enter

An exciting new street art park has opened to the public in Glasgow ‘s Finnieston Street and it’s free to enter for people to enjoy. Park XR at Skypark 7 led by Yardworks, opened at the weekend (June 14-16), bringing back the UK’s most loved street and graffiti artists to transform shipping containers into large-scale canvasses showcasing new artwork and augmented reality installations. This free public event is part of SWG3’s innovative new partnership between Yardworks and Skypark, which has seen Skypark 7, the vacant site between Finnieston Street and Exhibition Centre train station, transformed into PARK XR, a “dynamic hub of artistic expression”. The organisers say the event is free to enter but asks that people book slots in advance from the website.
