"Uncovering Legacies: Black and Japanese American Leaders Unite on Reparations and Justice"

Two former members of California's Reparations Task Force recounted their experiences creating a comprehensive 1,075-page report on injustices faced by African Americans during and post-chattel slavery. Dr. Cheryl Grills and Don Tamaki discussed their insights at the "Justice Through Action: Black Reparations-Reparative Justice" event in Sacramento on February 8.
