Tennessee Wife Tragically Shot To Death After Confronting Cheating Husband at Mistress's Home, Authorities Report

A tragic altercation unfolded in Nashville, Tennessee, when a confrontation between a woman and her husband's mistress escalated fatally. On August 25, 2025, Keiona Wilson, aged 42, was shot in the stomach by Keosha Greer during this dispute at Greer’s residence on Scalf Drive.According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Wilson arrived at Greer's home, seeking her spouse, who was allegedly involved with Greer. Upon reaching the property, she noticed her husband's vehicle behind the house and moved it to the front using her key. Wilson then knocked at the door, prompting Greer to communicate through the surveillance system.An intense argument ensued regarding the presence of Wilson’s husband. When Wilson attempted to enter forcefully, Greer fired one round at the door, missing her. The altercation intensified once Wilson gained entry, leading Greer to fire a second shot that ultimately fatally injured Wilson, who later succumbed at Skyline Medical Center.
