Time is money and rap icon Flavor Flav knows it best, famously wearing clocks (some of which are iced out) around his neck as a bold fashion statement.  He spent his time giving a bronze clock to U.S. gymnast Jordan Chiles at the MTV Music Video Awards last week.  Flavor Flav will soon clock in when he headlines the seconds in Wilmington on Saturday, Oct. 26.   Registration is required for this free event. Who is Flavor Flav?  William Drayton, 65, is best known as the colorful clock-wearing rapper Flavor Flav from the conscious and powerhouse rap group Public Enemy, which he co-founded with Chuck D in the 1980s.   The group was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 and they rocked Firefly Music Festival in The Woodlands of Dover that same year.
