Floyd L. Wormley, Jr. Appointed Provost of Texas Christian University

After one year of service as interim provost, Floyd L. Wormley, Jr. has been named the permanent provost and vice chancellor of academic affairs at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. His official appointment is effective January 1. Dr. Wormley joined the Texas Christian University community in 2019 as the associate provost for research and dean of graduate studies. He has a robust background in higher education, including experience in both administrative and academic spheres.
