(The Dallas Examiner) – A special meeting was held last month to offer residents of the city of Dallas an opportunity to voice comments and concerns about the ForwardDallas initiative. The initiative is a plan that was designed to establish general guidelines for public and private land use, as well as a general outlook on how the city should look, according to the city’s website. Tony Shidid, City Plan and Zoning Commission chair, explained that the initiative was a result of the hard work of a 15-member Comprehensive Land Use Committee.
