I call these two the “Undynamic Duo” for a reason. The Harris-Walz campaign proudly showcased their media strategy, and it was insultingly pandering. Harris is doing soft-toss interviews with sex podcasters, in an effort to reach the youngsters. Nothing like a 60-something year-old call girl to teach young women how to rise through the ranks. It’s like Harris took the Harvey Weinstein seminar on “Making It In Hollyweird for Dummies”. Next, Harris sipped beer in her contrived interview with comedic hack Stephen Colbert. I’m not sure what demographic she targeted with this interview, given Colbert’s numbers. Perhaps the metrosexuals? Needless to say, that interview did nothing to move the needle. Quite frankly, most pundits say it backfired. The fact that they brought her favorite beer sort of ruined the idea of a impromptu, non-orchestrated event.
