A Logan dance crew have showcased incredible grit and grace at an international competition on the other side of the world. Three teams from the Bloodline Dance Company flew to Arizona in the USA to compete in the World Hip Hop championships. Dance company director Juanita Stowers said Logan’s teams competed against more than 3000 of the world’s best dancers across 55 countries. “Participating in worlds requires a lot of commitment and sacrifice,” Ms Stowers said. “To compete at such a high level, you can’t give anything less, and the dancers really see it from themselves when they get over there. “We prepare our dancers both physically and mentally to ensure they are ready.” Bloodline teams competed in the junior crews (ages 7-12), JV Mega crew (10-40 member team of under 17s) and Mega crew (10-40 member team of all ages).
