In the August 19 episode of the “Outlaws” podcast with host Ts Madison, she revisited their contentious history stemming from the film “Precious.” The disagreements trace back nearly 20 years, following Mo’Nique’s acclaimed role as a neglectful mother, which earned her an Academy Award. However, she claims her $50,000 salary and decision to abstain from promotional commitments, including the Cannes Film Festival, ignited tensions with Winfrey and Perry. Mo’Nique asserted, “Tyler Perry cost my family millions.” She demands accountability, a public apology, and restitution for the damage to her career.
