Kamala Harris is a leading American politician and attorney, who is currently the Vice President of the United States. In her career, she has made history by being the first woman, the first African American, and the first Asian American to hold this office. Her father, Donald Harris, is a Jamaican economist, and her mother, Shyamala Gopalan Harris, was an Indian cancer researcher.
