PUBLIC NOTICE: WILLOWBROOK COMMONS – AFFORDABLE SENIOR APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) RFQ – WNPHC- 2024.18.1.1 AFFORDABLE HOUSING – ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DEVELOPMENT SERVICES The Westmoreland Non-Profit Housing Corporation, a Pennsylvania Non-Profit (WNPHC) is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Licensed Architectural professionals. The project to be developed is a mixed financed Affordable Senior Housing Development, located in Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania 15012.
