Alleged Pickpocket Confronted As Michigan Woman Finds Troubling Items

Arie Milaun visited a Planet Fitness location in Warren, Michigan, early one morning for a workout, only to return to her locker and find that her ID, debit card, gift cards, perfume, and even her post-workout cookies had been stolen.The suspected thief, a white female gym-goer, allegedly rummaged through Milaun's Louis Vuitton bag when she wasn't attentive, even managing to momentarily gain the sympathy of a gym staff member who came to investigate.In gripping viral footage, Milaun, known as “bbyarie” on social platforms, overturned the pickpocket’s purse on the locker room floor and discovered a stolen ID belonging to another Black woman.Uploaded to Instagram on November 29, the post revealed, “Today, at dawn, I tried to get my workout in but this woman attempted to steal my belongings.”The alleged thief initially feigned innocence, claiming she had “switched purses” and suggesting an accomplice might be involved. As Milaun confronted her, chaos ensued in the locker room.
