Joseph Holt, 49, founded a nonprofit to impart trade skills to young adults, steering them away from violence and poverty in Birmingham. The Holt Foundation for Change, initiated in 2024, offers training in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, empowering 25 youths through jobs and scholarships.
