Missy Elliott sets sail for first-ever headlining tour with Ciara, Timbaland, and Busta Rhymes

The Grammy-winning artist will embark on a journey, joined by fellow R&B and hip-hop stars Ciara, Timbaland, and Busta Rhymes.
