Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre celebrates its 2025 season with Agatha Christie’s “Murder on the Orient Express.” Onstage now through Feb. 9, the theatrical adaptation of the famed suspense novel takes the stage at Beef & Boards, giving audiences an exciting blend of glamour, intrigue and humor. The fast-paced murder mystery takes place on the luxurious Orient Express after a snowdrift stops the train in its tracks in the middle of the night. By morning, one of the train’s many passengers is dead, stabbed eight times, with the door locked from the inside. With the famous detective Hercule Poirot (Andrew Kindig) on board, the race begins to uncover who among them is the murderer. The cast features a unique mix of characters with secrets of their own, including an aging Russian princess, her Swedish companion, a Hungarian countess, a Minnesota housewife, a Scottish colonel, an English governess and the murdered American tycoon’s anxious secretary.
