Ex NBA Player Patrick Beverley Charged After Alleged Physical Attack On His Sister

Patrick Beverley, the former NBA athlete, faces serious allegations of assaulting his sister at a residence in Texas. According to a probable cause affidavit, on November 14, she left the home without permission to meet her boyfriend, Aiden Hilderbrand, at a nearby park. Upon returning, their mother, Lisa, directed her to her room and suggested she call Hilderbrand to come over. When Hilderbrand arrived, he was invited inside, and Beverley was summoned. Following what was perceived as a reprimand, Beverley reportedly choked his sister, lifting her off the ground for approximately 20 to 30 seconds, making her feel as though she were suffocating. She claims he forcefully dragged her from the bedroom, slamming her against walls before striking her once in the left eye with a closed fist. After the incident, Hilderbrand contacted law enforcement, and authorities noted visible injuries, leading to Beverley’s arrest for criminal assault.
