Speaking in a recent interview on ‘NBS After 5’ Show, Salvado attributed the drop in popularity to the growing influence of TikTokers and musicians who are venturing into comedy. The comedian emphasized that while platforms like TikTok and music are powerful tools for entertainment, they should not overshadow professional comedy. He called on stakeholders in the entertainment industry to support genuine talent and help revive Uganda’s comedy scene, particularly in the central region, where the impact has been most visible.
